Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchanges are allowed only if the item is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for extra shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.
• Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.

No Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

Gifts & Exchange

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, it can be exchanged under the standard exchange policy. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the exchange request must be initiated by the original purchaser.

Shipping for Exchanges

• The cost of return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
• If exchanging an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid losses.
